Talking to a major grocery wholesale/retail customer confirmed how changing demand patterns also heavily affect supplier management.  The retailer needed to build better relationships with remote suppliers and at the same time satisfy a growing demand  for local food products.  They asked us how we could help them enable new suppliers cost-effectively with supplier collaboration technology.
